Amenities

Included amenities may vary by rental but typically include tables, chairs, A/V system, projector and screen, microphones, coat racks, and Wi-Fi. An on-site team member is present during all events. Bartending services must be licensed and certified.

Transportation & Access

Located in Boston’s South End near SoWa Market, the venue is accessible via Red and Silver Line T stations. Guest parking is available nearby under I-93. Vendor load-in is permitted via the back lot. The venue is fully accessible.

EVENT DURATION

Hourly rates apply starting from the moment vendors or guests arrive until final exit. Recommended to inquire based on event size and timing.

Entertainment

Music and entertainment are welcome. A/V system with microphones and speakers is included; security services may be arranged if needed.

Sound & Music

A/V system supports presentations and background music. Projector and screen available for visual content.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access is included for guests and vendors.

Catering Support

Open catering policy. Any professionally prepared food is allowed. No exclusivity required; preferred vendor list available.

Furniture Available

6ft tables, high/low tops, and chairs are available for use. Lighting is adjustable via dimmers.

Third-Party Vendors

External vendors are welcome. Bartenders must have a 12C liquor license, be TIPS-certified, and carry liquor liability insurance.
